Instead of feeling the shame of stigmatization for being mothers of disabled children in Egypt, this project intends to contribute to women feeling confident enough to assert their self-respect when confronted with discrimination and undertake the actions that are needed to enhance their situation. Undoubtedly, once the mothers, who are the nucleus of the society, will feel empowered, this will directly impact their disabled children themselves, their families, and thus the whole society.  

Using Information and Communication Technology, women will be encouraged to connect with each other to communicate about their experiences and support each other; source, and store information and knowledge to empower themselves.
